Yeah well one day they’ll be old (just like happens to guys) and the compliments will stop.

Then they will be missed.

I remember driving a cab when I was about 24. I helped this older couple (70s) bring groceries into the house.

The woman said “oh my, you’re my cup of tea”

I guess that was a compliment once upon a time.

I had another couple in the cab EASILY in their 70s and they were drunk and this guy was doing everything he could to get her to let him go home with her.

It was hysterical..like watching a 16 year old beg! :)

He struck out :)

I dropped her off first.

I’m a 66-year-old woman. The compliments began to stop at about 60. In some ways it was a relief not to be hit on anymore, but it mainly just reminds me that I’m old. :(
