That’s the way it used to be with communicable diseases prior to HIPPA...and it’s long overdue to return to what worked for past generations.

We’re going to hit a tipping point soon where identifying contacts won’t work. Too many people ride a subway for this approach to work much longer.
We need to move on to the next logical step - then the one after that... and start implementing it. We don’t have forever...
