A group that is working on getting President Donald Trump re-elected refused to pull an advertisement that features former President Barack Obama talking about his vice president, Joe Biden......Obama asked television stations in South Carolina to stop running the ad.
The Perkins Coie law firm sent a cease-and-desist letter to the Committee claiming that the video featured an “unauthorized use of President Obama’s name, image, likeness, voice, and book passage.”...........In a response letter, the group declined to stop running it, asserting the use of the content “is a lawful expression of political speech” and that it “has complied with all applicable laws and regulations governing its advocacy activity.”
The use of third-party content is either directly licensed or falls within the principles of fair use of copyrighted material, Dan Becker, counsel to the group, wrote in the response.
“Should you feel compelled to continue this Brobdingnagian waste of my client’s time defending this frivolous attempt to suppress free speech, I look forward to the extensive depositions of your client and his various ghostwriters necessary to resolve the matter,” Becker wrote.
The lawyer also asked Perkins Coie for proof that it represents a legitimate rightsholder, referencing the law firm’s involvement in the financing of ex-British spy Christopher Steele and the salacious dossier he compiled against Trump.

Doomberg is using Obama in his Ads so it looks like he is getting his endorsement.
The President Should air it on a big screen at all his rallies and put in on a monitor right behind him at the podium so the commie media will have to broadcast it or go to commercial and show their true colors.

Anyone who thinks the Clinton machinery and Obama machinery aren’t working together in this election have their heads in the sand. Both of their former teams heads are popping up all over the place.

Incredibly, I knew it and I have used it. It refers to the land and giants of Gulliver’s Travels. I invite people to read the _annotated_ version of this book. It may be the most densely satirical book ever written. It wasn’t really meant to be a children’s story.
But I’m not so old that I can’t learn anything new. Like, for example, the Internet-era term “Streisand Effect”. What idiots these lawyers were. More winning.
