A federal judge on Monday ordered former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to give a deposition under oath over a years-old lawsuit filed by the conservative group Judicial Watch regarding her role in the response to the 2012 attack on the U.S. compound in Benghazi, Libya.
U.S. District Court Royce Lamberth, a Reagan appointee, said in court filings that written answers provided by Clinton to questions from Judicial Watch were "incomplete, unhelpful, or cursory, at best."
"As extensive as the existing record is, it does not sufficiently explain Secretary Clinton’s state of mind when she decided it would be an acceptable practice to set up and use a private server to conduct State Department business," Lamberth wrote in his order. "Simply put, her responses left many more questions than answers."
"Even years after the FBI investigation, the slow trickle of new emails has yet to be explained," the judge added, referring to the rate at which emails from Clinton's private email server have since been released.
The order is the first requiring Clinton to testify under oath in person on the subject of the 2012 attack on the U.S. compound in Benghazi and the Obama administration's response at the time, when Clinton was head of the State Department.

Answer most likely will be, she was found to be "lacking candor" with the judge telling her she better not ever have another private email server set up to conduct business while she is Secretary of State.

My theory that nothing can be done about it rests on two thoughts. One, nothing has been done about it. James Comey still walks free. No one called him on his ridiculously faulty memory. The second is that no one can know what a person actually remembers or does not remember. So, what do you think can be done about their faulty memories?
For the sake of my curiosity, what causes someone to react so strongly against a fellow FR poster? I can’t recall the last time someone fired an exclamation point at me. I had to duck as it ricocheted off the wall behind me. (I am rationed to three exclamation points per year and I still have all of them. One has to keep one’s exclamation points dry.)

As I’m sure you know, the DOJ is riddled with anti-American Trump haters collectively known as the Deep State. That cabal is the reason the DOJ is accomplishing virtually nothing. And apparently Mr. Barr and Mr. Durham are members of that cabal.
