It was Mulvaney who said it, I can’t find the interview now but maybe if you Google you can find the comments. He basically said the Democrats and media are concocting a hoax that the White House was unprepared and doing nothing about this but the White House had a briefing for Congress in January on corona virus and what was being done to get prepared and none of the Democrats attended because they were still pushing their shampeachment proceedings.
