TRUE. It's not in their faith either...not in the Koran.
On the surface, this sounds like good news.
But, the “neutrality” thing is nothing more than a signal of “not yet”.
If this was actual good news, it would have said something along the lines of German law based on German culture. All that barflegaggle about different cultures and ideologies is nothing more than an acknowledgement that the necessary demographic shift isn’t quite complete.
Germany will submit to Sharia in time. Just not right now.

As my tagline says: Being tolerant to the most intolerant people on the planet is a losing proposition. Reject islam. Reject it in every way you can. It does not fit in with any element of our constitution, our values, our societal norms, or our way of life in general. And you are not a racist or bad person for doing so.
Have you noticed how everywhere they inhabit, other countries must conform to them and bend to their will? They never show appreciation for any goodwill shown to them. So stop trying to show them any goodwill or compassion. In the long run, we’ll all be better off for it.

My general rules of thumb on this issue.
1. Give them an inch and they’ll take your life.
2. Negotiating with muslims is no different than negotiating with a psychopathic rape gang over access to yourself, your wife, your kids and all your neighbors.
I lived in Germany in the 1970s. I always enjoyed hearing their church bells on Sunday morning. I predict the Muslims will go after German church bells eventually, as being offensive to them.

Well, we lived over there for five years and both men and women were so covered up when outdoors that I couldn't tell which was which.
In the end all of us American women were 100% covered up just to keep the nasty sand and sun off of us.
The men cover up just as much as the women do.
It's the practical thing to do.
We American women couldn't wear anything too tight (pants), too low cut, too short or see through. Our bathing suits had to be one piece. We could wear shorts on the softball field but had to slip on a skirt OVER it to go onto camp. We knew the rules. We had a one-week session in Houston about the rules. No one went there without knowing the rules. Everyone was required to dress modestly.
We weren't required to go there or stay there. If we hated it we could always come home.
The BIGGEST pains in the butt were the women who moaned and groaned about the rules but didn't want to be sent home. They CHOSE to live there so we just asked them to SHUT UP or GO HOME.
The money was so good that they didn't want to go home.
Enormous crybabies.
