Former football safety Jack Brewer called President Donald Trump America’s “first black president” during a Black History Month roundtable at the White House on Thursday.
“Mr. President, I don’t mean to interrupt, but I’ve got to say this because it’s Black History Month, man, you are the first black president,” Brewer declared.
“I’ve been a Democrat all my life but I’m not a Democrat now,” Brewer said. “You’ve changed me. You touched me. And you made my work go to another level. You inspire me. And every time I go into those prisons and I ask my guys how many of them had their sentences reduced and they raise their hands, I know I’m doing God’s work and I thank you for that.”

This one has the left climbing the walls, but now that it’s out there, the most they can do is try to paper it over and get it out of the news cycle. They’re already too busy trying to spin the coronavirus as something Trump himself dumped in the water supply to kill us all.

It’s clear that “race” is simply a political construct, which means everything unless it means nothing. Can’t we just junk the whole concept?

Trump’s the first American president since Reagan. Everybody else has had side deals which benefited them personally but not necessarily the nation.

President Trump’s criticism of living conditions in Baltimore were reportedly brought up at the request of former NFL linebacker Jack Brewer. "I had a chance to meet with President Trump, and I told him please call out (now deceased) Elijah Cummings and Baltimore. I asked him to do that three weeks ago and he did it," the former NFL linebacker said on Fox Nation’s “Deep Dive.”
