Thank God for some law and order. A direct improvement to the law abiding citizens of these cities.
Supreme Court, here we come. We win 1 appeal and lose 2. That means SCOTUS is going to have to chime in.Meanwhile the administration can follow the court they won in.

I’ve said this since January 2017, acceptance of any federal funding is subject to compliance with all federal law. Lack of compliance may result in loss of current funding, repayment of all federal funding spent to date for that program, and criminal penalties if it is willful fraud. It is signed by the executive of the accepting agency.
I work daily with federal transportation grants and they wield that hammer routinely if they think an agency is getting out of line.
Odd, my copy of the Constitution must be old, I see ZERO reference to “grants”, esp. those of a “Federal” nature.
Guess we’ve finally done w/ a\o moved away from the “by what authority” question of our once Const. Republic.
What’s next? Going to court to get ‘approval’ for govt employees violating Fed. law??
