Joe is a worn out old drunk. Thought today he was running for the U. S. Senate. He can’t keep track of what state or town he’s in. His continue campaign is tantamount to elder abuse.
In that same statement he indicated that if you didn’t want to vote for him (for US Senate) you could vote for the “Other Biden”.
He needed some Twilight Zone background music for that one!
Keeps him out of jail.
