It's not a matter of if the novel coronavirus will spread throughout the United States, but when, said Centers for Disease Control and Prevention vaccine expert Nancy Messonnier.
"Disruption to everyday life might be severe," Messonnier, who is the director of the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases, told reporters Tuesday.
Messonnier said she told her children over breakfast that they will need to begin preparing for an escalated outbreak. Parents and caregivers, she said, should ask officials at their children's schools about plans for school dismissals, closures, and teleschool in case the virus spreads in their school districts.
"I contacted my local school superintendent this morning with exactly those questions," Messonnier said. "All of these questions can help you be better prepared for what might happen."

They spent money, accomplished nothing. People already there just need to to their jobs with out PC considerations, politeness. Close the borders, lock down travel from and by people that create risk, and be transparent. I suspect we are not being told the truth even by our own government.

#8.When you have WHO refusing to declare a world-wide pandemic, despite confirmed reports internationally
#9.When you realize that you don't own your own production of safety equipment or medications to combat the illness
Then you might have a crisis in the making !

The information is quite suspicious! "It is not a matter of if; it is a matter of when"? That presupposes that the Trump Admin will be incapable of dealing effectively with the threat, that infected people will flock into the country undetected. Maybe so, but why? Does the Deep State cabal plan to try to make this inevitability inevitable?
Is the threat a viral pandemic? Or is the threat a continuing effort on the part of elitist statists to take over power in the United States?

BINGO - retired couple here..I'm thinking the exact same thing. Kinda sucks, as I really don't want to have to totally hunker down..but probably good advice also..
Anyone over 50 that gets this is in a world of hurt, IMHO. And God help you if you have any existing health conditions, especially of the respiratory variety.
I am sure that must be the case, the CDC stopped announcing new cases two weeks ago, nobody noticed. With all of the international flights it has to be spreading widely here in the US already.
This broad is attempting to start a panic.
