The virus is migrating West. The major hotspots will br the ME and Africa. Like China, these areas have lousy hygiene and sanitation.
And the people have challenged respiratory systems. - smoking, bad air, stressed immune systems plus other respiratory diseases.
I’m guessing China, Iran and North Korea have been working together for a long time.

In societies like Iran and North Korea, acknowledgement you have the virus could be a death sentence.
People will be _highly_ motivated to hide it, which of course increases the speed at which the disease spreads.
