There should be some kind of “Bernieland” simulation where anyone considering voting for him/similar, has to do pratical things throughout the course of a day in a world where he was President (i.e. file a tax return, get gas if cars even still exist, etc). Or maybe someone can devise some documentary of such a thing and air it primetime. Too many people have no concept of what his proposals would equate to.

Campaign dollars paid for all of his books. It is the perennial candidate scam, which he and Biden have milked the public for millions during the last 30 years.

Bloomberg is an elitist, racist and plenty of Dems are still voting for him.

One thing is clear...Dem primary voters are not well informed

Very succinct analysis of his “plan” and the whole “movement” around him.

The left continues to say we'll be forced to adapt to "green technology" one way or another. When Bernie kills energy production, there won't be a demand for any electric cars either.

All of you deficit hawks should be wildly in favor of them. Or continue to be hypocrites.

So my suspicions are correct: you are just a Bernie-bot. I admit that I was once a deficit hawk, but after democrats took surplusses in the late ‘90s and started talking about new federal spending, I became more practical.

A balanced-budget and an economy un-shackled from federal debt will never happen in my lifetime. We may as well enjoy lower taxes until the house of cards collapses. Then, the looters can destroy themselves, and the thinkers can work for themselves again.

There is one thing that would save the USA, that is a really high across the board import tariff. Before WWII the GOP was THE tariff party. we need to get back to then pre globalist GOP.

There would be no drill baby drill freedom allowed in a Sanders administration. Just the opposite.

“getting new income tax revenue”

Nice way to put it. Sounds so positive.

Before WWII, there was the New Deal, and socialists like the Bernie Bots still love it. This country can no longer be saved.

HEY! Let’s expropriate or ban oil! Worked GREAT for Venezuela....

Oh, wait. Now Maduro is thinking of privatizing oil again?? How does that sit with your model Bernie!?

“massive lawsuits against the fossil fuel industry” won’t fund squat when you lose them after years of litigation ...

Bernie breeding a new variety of unicorns to poop golden skittles would be equally as likely to product the needed $100 trillion over the next ten years as would “massive lawsuits against the fossil fuel industry” ...

also, there are some SERIOUS math errors in this insane “plan”

one that i spotted was collecting $2.3 trillion in income taxes from those 20,000,000 new “good-paying” jobs. Suppose a “good-paying” new job pays $80,000/year; that would be equal to $1.6 trillion in wages, yet bernie says that will generate $2.3 trillion in new income taxes ... that’s quite a feat ... almost sounds like a “wealth” tax on the middle class ...

but my FAVORITE part of the “plan” is:

“after 2035 electricity will be virtually free, aside from operations and maintenance costs.”

no doubt, Unicorn and Rainbow power would be free ...

AND we only have to wait for 15 years from now, 11 years after bernie’s first and only term as president ...

bernie’s plan concludes with: “This is your movement”, but doesn’t elaborate on what kind of “movement” ... given bernie’s age though, i can imagine what kind of “movement” he’s obsessed with ... can anyone say “stewed prunes”?

Funny how many gallons of fuel for airplanes & SUV’s these candidates AND their staffs are all using to acquire the Oval Office, and they want to STOP using fossil fuels....

How many air miles have they all already accumulated??? Ground miles?

Has anyone told them that there will be NO campaigning every again if fossil fuels are abandoned ???

There will be no restaurants cooking food because of no fossil fuels.

There will be no steel industry—you cannot create steel with wind or solar power. Need REAL heat.

There will be no glass for windows...takes heat to turn silica sand into glass.

No tires-—takes heat to create a tire.

No military-—cannot run a submarine on solar power. Cannot run a B-52 on a windmill. Cannot run a fighter jet on either.

No wood for building a building-—chain saws in the lumber industry don’t run on solar or wind power.

The combined IGNORANCE of these candidates is astonishing. Seems NO ONE on any of their ‘staffs’ are any smarter-—no one is challenging their thoughts about fossil fuels.

Reminds me of Jeff Foxworthy’s show:

Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader??? NONE of them are.

The combined IGNORANCE of the people who vote for these candidates is astonishing, too.

So he is going to nationalize oil, gas and coal production, triple income taxes, tax the hell out of corporations, turn off all air conditioners except in his 3 homes, outlaw gasoline-powered cars, and take all of billionaires’ wealth.

All the while keeping his 3 homes.

So 4% of a family’s income over 29,000 will be sucked up by the marxist machine. So a typical family earning about 60,000 will pay an additional 100 per month. I don’t know of anyone who has an extra 100 to give to the government.

Hey bernie! you have bent over and presented your xxx to the m*slims in return for their money and votes. You hate Jews and this country. You’re an atheist even if the media won’t tell us.

My advice to you is go fornicate yourself.

I really hate the way the fashion has become to talk about budget amounts without clarifying if it is for one year or ten years, intentional obfuscation, but now everyone does it, flipping back and forth to make “their side” look good —

Got a number? Please put “/year” or “/10yrs” after it, it doesn’t require much extra ink.

We import very little oil, mostly it’s to offset sales of Alaskan to Japan (cheaper to transport it to Japan than into US ports).
