This is an additional amount to the BILLIONS already spent on preparedness and treatment.

It’s a virus. A cold virus. Some will die from it just like every other flu every season. It might have bad symptoms, but every tom, dick, and harry that gets something will run to the ER.
We just need to expell the illegals getting federal bennies — and we’ll have upwards of $250B to play with.
Judging by Chinas extreme and fevered response and massive coverup, I think this is a once in a century type of pandemic. Trump is wise to get ahead of it.
