If they came here to suckle off the government teat, dump them at the border or give them a plane ticket home. Fifty years ago you had to have a sponsor that guaranteed that you would not be a government burden. In other words the sponsor agreed to pay any of those expenses if the applicant couldn't. Oh well that was when we were less evil than we are today.
