I think Bernie’s goal is to popularize socialism as a gateway to communism. The public school system as already beat that path, telling young impressionable minds that it’s the kinder, nicer system as opposed to evil capitalism that’s like the child molester across the street they’ve been told to stay away from. And they’re not given the real history of the various attempts to implement it elsewhere. Bernie wants to turn that path into a superhighway. My prediction is that it would be successful at first, until the stolen money runs out. Luckily the public is not that easy to fool as of yet. Eventually, who knows?
