Guy is 29 years old, and from the local area. 100-percent German. Has police record for disorderly behavior and insults to the police. Locals say the guy was fairly drunk when pulled out of the vehicle. No terrorist background or crazy issues.
Charges? Enough to get 20 years in prison.
