Overwhelming majority of blacks in Britain are not Muslim so your comments do not apply here.
There are a few obvious differences, including:
1. Most UK blacks chose to settle there, or are descended from people who immigrated there by their own volition.
2. The UK welfare system hasn’t yet completely destroyed the family structure of UK blacks.
3. African immigrants to the UK know which country (vs continent) they came from.
4. Many remember who their enemies were, back in the Old Country, and some of them still want to settle scores.
So, the problem isn’t the weapon, it’s....

“Black men” and “Asians” are very well known euphemisms used by leftist writers when they are not allowed by their editors to state who really is doing the stabbing, which are the dark skinned muslims that were imported into the UK from Pakistan and other majority muslim countries during the last two decades.
So, my precious comment does apply here.
