But he is still holding out for only a "partial" release which the ICE director in NY said yesterday that this was not sufficient.

As I stated before on another thread, Cuomo was getting hammered by most of the County Clerks in the state the minute they enacted this stupid piece of legislation. And most of the Clerks are Dems!
