You rummy are full of it. Clinton directed all kinds of legal actions including launching IRS audits of taxpayer enemies. You won't find any written directives but they happened anyway. You think Clinton didn't harass his enemies with court actions? You are indeed a Rummy.
Who would stop the President if he went to his AG quietly and told hm to go after so and so? The reason you can't quote instances is because Democrats do it because it is in their DNA.
