They have insisted that the steady arrival of newcomers depresses wages for the blue-collar U.S. workers whose votes helped lift Trump to the presidency in 2016.
During a visit to the border last year amid a record surge of Central American families and children crossing into the United States, the president said the country could not absorb more newcomers.
“Our country is full,” Trump said. “Can’t take you anymore . . . so turn around.”
Mulvaney’s private remarks were more in line with conventional GOP views of immigration...

We can see 3% economic growth for the foreseeable future simply by bringing manufacturing jobs in ( Democrat/Obama) devastated industries back to the US.
Watched in disgust as near brand new bio tech facilities , pharmaceutical plants and solar companies were cut up and auctioned off for pennies on the dollar and shipped to China thanks to Democrat/ Obama legislation and regulations that killed the domestic viability of the plants.
To keep the growth rolling we need skilled workers and they are just not available in today's American labor pool

Let me get this straight; the Washington Compost reports this and Freepers IMMEDIATELY jump aboard the Compost express. Buy into the Composts report without question. And, start to trash Mulvaney based solely on a Compost Report.
Does no one see a problem with this? I for one do and am growing very tired of it. This is a pattern, a Lemming Pattern a very great many Freepers repeatedly exhibit on a daily basis. Every report by the Lying Fake “news” media is assumed by too many here to be accurate and the person the “media” smears is then joined by Freepers in the smear. Immediately acting as if the report by the Lying Media is the gospel truth.

To accept people into the country who are unqualified to contribute in our race for survival against the Chinese, is to sell our country to a few elitists who swell the ranks of those who cannot compete in the 21st century. The whole game is a giant Ponzi scheme which will bring us to ruin and bankruptcy but it does at least provide nannies, gardeners and cheap labor for elitists.
