Lying to liars and hypocrites, right? Should be a law against congress critters and other government officials lying to the public. By the way, being arrogant and/or a jerk doesn’t mean you should be jailed. We couldn’t build jails fast enough to keep up with the demand.
And Gen Flynn lied to the FBI. And Donald Trump colluded with the Russians and withheld aid to Ukraine for investigations into his political rival. And the FISA warrants did not rely solely on the Steele dossier. And the DNC was hacked by the Russians. And Adam Schiff had overwhelming evidence of Russian collusion and doesn’t know who the whistleblower is.

And Manafort should be freed as well along with Flynn.

If she and the jury foreman don’t want a guilty guy to go free they can damn well follow the rules themselves or own the result. President Trump and the AG that are issuing justice because she can’t do her job.

I did not say he should be found guilty or go to jail for being arrogant or a jerk.
He lied to Congress. He wasn't even issued a subpoena. Was his attorney okay with that?
And regarding lying by Congress - it depends where it occurred (see Speech or Debate Clause). Needs a Constitutional Amendment if it occurred in Congress, to/from Congress, etc.
But the selective prosecution on a scale its been occurring at the national level is why I think President Trump could justify a pardon/commutation of the sentence.
Trump should not pardon Stone. He should commute his sentence to the same amount of time that McCabe, Comey, Clapper and Brennan were given for the same crime.
He can’t affect the outcome of the trial anymore, so this is an unconstitutional limitation of his first amendment rights.
Unless they decided to make some of the false testimony against him secret or top secret.
He’ll never serve a day. Sentencing delayed. Case overturned.
You raise a good point. Stone would be a prestige kill for some sicko in prison or Stone could get the Epstein treatment in the Federal Bureau of prisons.
Let’s hope not, re serving time.
