Imagine you had a flour mill and 95% of the grain you milled was under contracts that barely made it possible to limp into next year. But 5% are “cash on the barrel”. Is it immoral to charge those who aren’t under contract more? So your children can eat next winter?

Only if the OTHER flour mills colluded with you to do the same.
