President Trump has released a list of the people whose sentences he's commuted, such as former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich, and pardoned, such as Eddie DeBartolo Jr., the former owner of the San Francisco 49ers.
But there are a couple of names missing. The hashtag "Stone and Flynn" is trending on Twitter. Townhall columnist Kurt Schlichter:
In a filing today, General Michael Flynn is asking a judge to throw out the entire case against him due to "THE GOVERNMENTS OUTRAGEOUS CONDUCT AND REPEATED BRADY VIOLATIONS [THAT] MANDATE DISMISSAL OF THIS CASE." But General Flynn's name is not on the list of pardons.
Roger Stone is being sentenced on Thursday for lying to Congress about the Russia hoax case, while at the same time, former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe fired for lying and leaking to the press won't be criminally prosecuted. Stone's name is not on the list of those pardoned.
Those being pardoned by the president include:
The "junk bond king" turned philanthropist, Michael Milken.

What needs to happen here is for an appellate court to OVERTURN the Flynn conviction. If justice is not done there - then a Trump pardon.
Trump can pardon people at any time in the future. Liberal thugs need to finish their hatchet jobs so Trump knows they’re being pardoned for EVERYTHING. That’s my guess,
He has to keep those at armss length, for now.
Too many Republicans, along with all Democrats, would be capable of stopping all judicial picks through the Senate, as a protest.
RE:Stone & Flynn
Trump is going to let it play out in court before he steps in.
Its the smart move.
I 100% support the Milken pardon. That man was sent to prison because he made a lot of money doing something that the big banks eventually ineptly tried to emulate with their securitized mortgage bonds.
It would be crazy for Trump to pardon Flynn and Stone right now. Both of them could have their cases dismissed without his involvement. That is the best outcome. A pardon is second best.
Neither is Charles Kushner's. I'll bet Jared is peeved at that. Since Trump was pardoning all sorts of other white-collar criminals and all.
They are out to win Flynn’s exoneration in court.
Bump
Flynn would have been on this list if his lawyer was competent, but she was putting her interests before her client’s.
I’m not understanding the Blagoyovich (sic) commutation from Trump. Would someone explain why he did that?
Flynn and Stone will be doing fine. Either trump WILL pardon them, or they won’t need it. Well, at least Flynn may not need it. :)
RE: Im not understanding the Blagoyovich (sic) commutation from Trump. Would someone explain why he did that?
For me, it looks like MERCY.
Trump does not feel that Blago deserves to rot for more than 10 years in jail and that 8 years is enough punishment for him.
Still plenty of time for that.
Depending on the election results a December pardon leaves the RATs with the least and most ineffective ammunition.
If Jared's ME peace plan works out I think he has earned a pardon for his father.
I think also he’s telling Dems he’s an EEO commutater
Yep, he’s giving the system a chance to work. If it doesn’t I think he will act. Seems like he should have already commuted Manafort though.
Battlespace preparation for Flynn and Stone.
At this time of uncertainty for Flynn and Stone, Trump pardons other people...IMO signaling to Flynn and Stone that their time will come.
