After a campaign ad touted the ex-NYC mayor as incredibly sensitive to the LGBTQ community, a video resurfaced of Bloomberg referring to transgender people as he, she or it and some guy in a dress the second time hes been caught making such comments.
Bloomberg used the language to warn 2020 Democratic hopefuls against stressing transgender issues, arguing that they wouldnt play well in middle America.
If your conversation during a presidential election is about some guy wearing a dress and whether he, she, or it can go to the locker room with their daughter, thats not a winning formula for most people, he said at a Manhattan forum hosted by the Bermuda Development Agency. He delivered a similar remark about a man wearing a dress while making the same point at Oxford in 2016.
Despite the flippant language, his spokesperson said the candidate stands behind transgender rights and understands the transgender community has been under attack for decades and the advance of rights has not been equal."
In April 2002, during his first year as mayor, Mike signed a sweeping transgender civil rights bill into law, the spokesperson told the outlet. His company provides comprehensive health care coverage for his transgender employees......adding, as president, he has a comprehensive plan to secure rights for transgender Americans, including the Equality Act, ensuring transgender people have access to affirming health care, and working to end the crisis of violence against transgender women.

Exactly, he knows he needs Centrists voters, and he's in a position to get a lot more of those votes than any other Rat candidate. That's why I see him as the biggest threat. I wouldn't be surprised if Jeb and Kasich support him if he's the nominee.
The sad part is that he was right about this, but it will NOT go over well with Democrats.
Bloomberg's obvious Achilles heal is that he is a real life "Mary Poppins" without the ability to levitate via an umbrella. What distinguishes him from other totalitarians is the obsession with imposing "Nanny State" behavioral values on the rest of us. We should focus on his lack of proportional judgment by referring to him as a "Mary Poppins" without the "teaspoon of sugar."
Try it.
Maybe in the general election, but...

...he has to win the Woke Brigade right now. These remarks are not contemporary to his presidential candidacy, so he'll just be seen as speaking out of both sides of his mouth. In fact, I bet he'll overcorrect to the hard left and fully embrace trannies in the near-future just to shore up the crazies on the left.
People like Bloomberg care about power over others' lives, not about "speaking truth."

A male with masculinity removed doesn’t become a woman - even if he adds cartoon versions of female or feminine traits.
There are a few that are just shock-value quotes, but there are a lot of interesting ones too.
I hesitate to post such a crude comment, but it fits the conversation:
ON COMPUTERS:
“You know why computers will never take the place of people? Because a computer would say that the sex of the person giving you a blow job doesn’t matter “
The best way I’ve ever heard it said is, you can’t be a woman without being a little girl first.
Not really.
Bloomberg’s real chance is at a brokered convention and there he could literally buy the nomination. Guess we will see.
He’s not a centrist, he’s a Socialist.
You and I know that. But he's going to remind people that he was once a "Republican". Then again, so was John Lindsey.
Nails it............
They will produce some moments requiring lots of popcorn.
Little Gulp doesn’t realize how PC he has to be in the dem party.
