A smart lawyer working as a radio host would have recognized a caller who obviously knew far more about the subject matter at hand than the average lay person.

It’s not the first or last time that happened. For a long time Levin has insisted that the dude who posted the infamous “Benghazi video” on YouTube was railroaded by the Obama DOJ, prosecuted unjustly, and jailed simply for posting the video. What Levin never tells his audience is that the guy was a criminal who had been convicted of bank and credit card fraud, was forbidden from using a computer to access the internet as a condition of his probation, and was jailed because his “Benghazi video” was proof that he had violated those probation terms.

As is often the case with these clowns, the truth rarely makes for good entertainment.
