Bernie Sanders rallied thousands of supporters in Washington state three weeks ahead of its presidential primary, calling for the grassroots movement that led to his win in the state’s 2016 caucuses to continue through the broader primary that takes place March 10.
“We may not have billions of dollars to throw around, but we have hundreds of thousands of people in every state in this country knocking on doors,” he said. “And that’s why we’re going to win here in Washington and why we’re going to win all over this country.”

It is a sad state of affairs when a socialist is drawing any crowd in America.
Having a rally in a totally democrat controlled area and drawing thousands, isn’t all that impressive. If Sanders went to MS, AL, LA and rallied in a non-college town, and drew thousands, I’d be more impressed.
Conservatives also believe their own press releases, My FRiend. Reality means nothing to them. If Bernie’s bots were as intelligent as the Democrats, they would be a force to be reckoned with. As it is, by the time President Trump has run his course as President, there will be enough of them to vote Socialism upon themselves and others. Each year, every high school, college, and university graduates a class of brain washed idiots. Who will vote for who will give them the most “freebies”.

There was a big turnout for a Bernie rally in the Bay Area (CA) yesterday. I was talking to a Democrat who was telling me how big the crowd was (as shown on the news).
I asked him, “Do you really want the President of the United States to be picked by college-aged people who just want free tuition?” He didn’t answer.
I wonder if there was a strip show for the fugly.
Tacoma and the entire I-5 corridor is a rat-nest of commies, hippies, leftist nutjobs, etc. such as those attending that crazy gathering.

I live in Port Townsend Wash. These people are as woke and Socialistic as it gets. They hate the Military. (I’ve have been pelted with sand and spit upon during a parade in which our VFW post took part) They hate Trump with a vehemence I have never seen before. They are ‘social justice’ boycott Israel, climate ‘change’ pro Antifa fanatics. They hate wall street and the very rich (although many liberal millionare retirees and celebrities live here).They have loved and pushed for Bernie the last election (over Hillary Clinton) running up to the current election season) they are unusually silent on Bloomberg and Bernie signs seem to be coming down? Or is it just my imagination? I’m truly concerned about this new rise in the polls of Bloomberg. What hypocrites to think they may sell their soul (if they had one) just because of their ‘cult’ like hatred for Donald Trump.
Let’s see Bernie do this in, say, Amarillo, and I’ll be impressed.
Seattle and Portland are Bern Country.
They are already semi-Communist already so it doesn’t take much to get them to vote for one.
In all my travels, Portland is the most anti-business city I have ever encountered other than maybe...maybe Berkeley.
If Bern wins the nomination, I expect him to take CA, OR, WA and Ill.
Probably NY, MA and MN.

I got stuck on I-5 in Seattle for 5 hours. Had to pull off to get gas at one point, and ended up in the U district.
