At least 43,000 immigrants have become Pennsylvania citizens since the 2016 presidential election. Thats almost as many voters as the margin Trump won by, according to recent analysis of U.S. Census Bureau data.
What that means for the 2020 election isnt clear, but where those voters live in the commonwealth is an indication of where their votes could have an impact. ---SNIP-- Following the election of President Trump and his focus on restricting immigration to the United States, immigrant-serving organizations such as UnidosUS have launched campaigns aimed at getting eligible residents to become citizens.

George Soros?
AND, the poor suffering US taxpayer!
IIRC PA requires voters register by party affiliation. If there were 50,000 new Rats this article would be about that. But it aint.
Who didn’t see this coming? When they flip Texas, and they will, it’s game, set and match. As it turns out we hardly put up a fight.
“Fatoumata Barry, who originally is from Conakry, Guinea, said shes excited to vote for the first time, and for a Democrat, in November.
Democrats care about healthcare and they care about poor people, thats the reason for me,
Everyone acts as if Trump has the 2020 election in a bag. I don’t. If he does win he will probably be the last conservative President we have. Demographics are not on our side.
We are loaded with Dominicans a lot of them love Trump. Also Obama had sent many Syrians and Iraqi’s to the Wilkes Barre area.
Internet search Soros and these orgs. Bingo. He’s mostly successful in PA. His org used to keep a table outside the polling sight where I live but I think he’s given up on our area. Philly is where he’s concentrating and where the big voter fraud comes from.
My guess is they’ll claim all the new voters are the reason the late returns will be 100% Dem. Watch the last 3-5% as they come in from Philly. They come in as large blocks of votes for Dems.
How many Pennsylvanian Republicans didn’t vote in 2016 because they were skeptical of Trump and will now vote enthusiastically for him in 2020? How many traditional blue-collar democRats outside will reject the socialism of today’s democRat party and vote for Trump?
Odd. The GOP has gained almost 43,000 net votes over the Ds in voter registration since 2016.
No, but all the Democrats who voted for Obama twice and then for Trump, because he promised a national health plan, could make a difference.
Philly is the sh!thole of PA. But I have heard stories of populations of “undocumented workers” being planted all over Pennsy the last few years. No doubt Philly is a major dumping grounds for them.
Philly is the source of ALL Pennsylvania’s problems. It controls all of PA.
If PA could only dump it off onto New Jersey, the state would be far better off!!!!!!!!!
Immigrant does not mean citizen.
Were not allowed to kill the traitors without the g’mints okay..?
Yes, but if you hold a green card for five years and live and work in the US, you are eligible to apply for naturalization, pass the test, take the oath, and become a citizen.
Add fraud and the number is way bigger than 43K
PA is not in play. Not is MI, Wi, IA or Oh. People pushing this claptrap have absolutely no idea how and why Trump won..
He will take every state he got in 16 and expect him to take MN in 20 as well.
People pushing this silliness have no idea what they are talking about
The Bush Plan for North Mexico (aka USA) marches forward.
“How many Pennsylvanian Republicans didnt vote in 2016 because they were skeptical of Trump and will now vote enthusiastically for him in 2020? How many traditional blue-collar democRats outside will reject the socialism of todays democRat party and vote for Trump?”
WAY MORE than 50,000.
“Immigrant does not mean citizen.”
You never read the article. It said these 43,000 immigrants are NEW US citizens and read their comments-they are voting democrat.
