Right, but constitution does not go into the voting booth and pull levers. It is the vast unwashed masses without photo ID who get to pick the president.
Would you believe a poor country like India has printed 800 Million voter ID’s WITH PHOTO, and no one can vote without one of those? I think the banana republics like Honduras have a more reliable voting process than we do here.
