If he does take her on as VP, I will be taking bets on when he either resigns for ‘health reasons’ or for ‘other’ ends to his presidency.........Starting on January 21, 2021.........
He’d stay around through the first 12 months, I suspect. Might even serve well to stay until after the mid-term election of 2022, before surprising the public with his ‘heath’ issues.
Personally, I think a quarter of the Democratic likely voters would suggest this team of Bloomberg/Clinton would be ‘too-fake’ for them to vote for the duo.
The other side of this...say if it occurs and Bloomberg/Clinton won, wouldn’t this just open the door for Trump in 2024 to run again? Against Hillary? And if he won...come back again in 2028?
