The problem is, if the populace were to rise up and say enough of the criminality, they would be the ones facing the law immediately.

I watched a video today of some Canadian citizens who were fed up that the police were allowing a bunch of wackos to set up dangerous blockades on a highway, so they removed the barriers themselves. The cops were standing right there.

This was supposedly about a pipeline on Native-American land, but the companies had already paid them off and had legal rights for the pipeline, but the groups were shaking them down even further.

So they put the public in danger with these make-shift barriers that could have caused accidents and loss of life.

And what did the cop do?

He arrested the citizens who were taking down the illegal barriers on the highway.

Same rationale in D.C. The criminals go free, the innocent are persecuted.

Yes, if you don’t control crime, then you will control those who refuse to accept crime.

Someone should file a massive law suite against those officers and their department.
