Yep. Klobouchar will be the main beneficiary. She is basically a 1990 version of Hilary Clinton, complete with a well oiled organized crime organization adept at shaking down corporations for campaign dollars.
She IS going to be on the Democrat ticket in 2020, though I will not predict which spot at this point.
