2012 study shows lisinopril or other angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors might work better than losartan or other angiotensin receptor blockers (ARB).

Too tired right now to look for the other study that might have partly contradicted this.

One gotcha is that lisinopril often makes patients cough — not what you want when worried about respiratory virus.
