What the hell were Stone’s lawyers doing when this POS was allowed on the jury? It seems Stone has a case for incompetent counsel.

Jury Foreman probably lied during jury selection to get on jury, which I think is a misdemeanor, but would taint jury.
This whole thing is a farce. I think the judge, the jury, the prosecution and the lawyers for the defense all teamed up and decided to railroad Stone.

Jack Posobiec attended jury selection in the Stone trial. He reported the Judge overruled numerous objections to jurors due to political bias. Stone was in effect tried by a jury of Democrats.
At this point, doesn’t matter what anyone including Trump and Barr say, the Judge and only the Judge can pass sentence. Sounds like there will be amply grounds to appeal.
You might want to get the facts straight before you post sh!t like that. I saw several reports this morning that said Stone’s lawyers specifically tried to get jurors excluded for political bias, but the judge refused to allow it.

Judge Amy Berman Jackson, appointed by Obama...and this jury foreman. Stone didn’t stand a chance.
No. His defense said the juror should be removed. Democrat Obama appointed judge didn’t agree.
This was a Soviet-style show trial.
It appears this judge should be impeached.
