One Nation Senator Malcolm Roberts has emphatically argued “there’s no warming” of the earth.
Speaking to Sky News on Friday, Mr Roberts said “in Australia, the temperatures in the 1880s and 1890s were not only warmer than they are today, the heatwaves were longer”.
Mr Roberts said the Bureau of Meteorology “has never proven that carbon dioxide from human activity affects temperatures” and urged anyone with proof to convince him otherwise.
“Empirical evidence states that the temperature is not increasing,” he said.
The One Nation senator said the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) acting head of climate at the time "said to me that temperatures today are not unprecedented”.

Anyone’s who’s flown in a plane and sees how vast the Earth is can tell
we tiny fleas on the surface have almost nothing to do with temperature, weather, etc.
The polar ice caps were supposed to have melted by 2013 creating a rise in the sea levels. I live two blocks from the ocean.Other than the usual high or low tides, there is no need to worry about flooding from the rising seas.
Even events like tsunamis are a result of forces much greater than our own.
We are not to blame for hurricanes, extreme hot or cold, etc. These events still happened long before the industrial revolution.
Those upset at our fuel consumption are urged to get rid of their cars and
walk 25 miles to work each day.Get rid of your smartphones, climate change “experts”-—you’re killing the planet ...

Think of all the advantages if there were global warming. There would be lots of employment for unskilled laborers building dikes, and the sun belt would expand, making more land available for growing cotton, pineapples, bananas, tomatos and other staple crops. And ski resorts could charge higher rates, since there would be less of them. Rain forests could expand. And Santa and his elves and reindeers would no longer be freezing. Hohoho!

I heard our ABC saying today this is the hottest year on record again this year yet here in South Australia, other than a 2 week spell of very hot weather it has been a pathetic summer. I am old enough to remember more much hotter and longer summers. I can also remember wetter summers (some parts of Australia are now having flooding) and I can remember much cheaper longer droughts. This is a hoax foisted upon the young and stupid.

There IS global warming...and global cooling. It happens every day and night with the sun coming up and going down. It happens every year with summer and winter because if the earth’s yearly position with the sun. It happens with he sun’s NATURAL sunspot cycle. Global warming and cooling is SUPPOSED to happen. However to say mankind’s activity is causing the change, or that he is that strong is total folly. It demonstrates complete ignorance of the relative insignificance when mankind is compared to the solar system. Man is just not that important, just another evolutionary oddity in the total scheme.
This Senator does an excellent job of poking holes in the Global Warming baloney “gospel” despite THE ANTAGONISTIC QUESTIONING of the bozo doing the interview.

There’ve also been ups and downs in the global temperature, corresponding to volcanic eruptions and ordinary fluctuations, such as the 12th Century mini ice age. But it goes up and down like the stock and commodity markets. It’s idiotic to say that just because the temperature’s been going up for a while, the oceans will soon be boiling, just like it’s idiotic to say that because the temperature’s dropping for a while, we’re headed for a new ice age. In my life time, I’ve heard both idiocies. This nonsense has been going on for 500 years, already. Boy has cried “wolf”. World is still here.
