Tucker Carlson slammed federal prosecutors' initial sentencing recommendation for former Trump associate Roger Stone Wednesday, criticizing those who celebrated a possible 9-year prison sentence for Stone and calling the matter a "political hit."

"The typical rapist in this country spends four years in prison. Armed robbers, three years. Thugs who commit violent assault, less than a year and a half," Carlson said on "Tucker Carlson Tonight." "But Roger Stone must do [up to] nine years, until he's 76 years old, for lying."

And go for judicial misconduct against prosecutors and the judge for allowing a Democrat radical hack to be on the jury.

I believe Trump has the political capital to do it without jeopardizing his chances to not only win another 4 years in the WH, but for his administration to outperform his first term.

I agree. And just Tucker said, yes they’ll be all ticked off. But they, the usual suspects, are always ticked off.

His arrest illustrated perfectly the despicable nature of the left; armed to the teeth, terrorizing his disabled wife, and carried out in the cover of night. Oh, but not forgetting to call CNN first, so they could cover it. Un-F’ing-believable. But it happened. Let Trump step in, and get it into the news. For real, this time.
