Im glad he’s in jail but I can assure you unless they have turned off the heat then it’s not 40 degrees on 9 south which is where he is at MCC Manhattan
9 south is the segregation unit

His lawyers were claiming it was so cold he could not function fairly for his trial. Said he had 3 blankets and he was still too cold. Of course this con man is well known for his lies.
