She opted to invest in getting people elected who are promising to give her everything she wants.
Seems kinda rational when you look at it that way.

[RUSH: Let me give you another headline. “Millionaire Takes Half Of Poor Person’s Last Six Dollars So She Can Stay In Failed Race For President.” This news story just broke, and it is a headline to a tweet from Fauxcahontas.
The tweet reads as follows: “A young girl came up to me tonight and said, ‘I’m a broke college student with a lot of student loan debt. I checked and I have $6 in the bank—so I just gave $3 to keep you in this fight.’ We’re staying in this fight for the people who are counting on us.”]
Elizabeth Warren has no shame. Wealthy as she is.
Maybe she’s only 1/1024 human.

Or is this “broke college student” one of those who has had three majors in the past four semesters, and is currently majoring in something that is totally useless in any job market (not just today’s)?
Or is “broke college student” really one of fauxcahontas’ underpaid campaign staffers, and this was nothing more that a pathetic PR stunt?

Considering this ‘student’ is stupid enough to give Warren money, that’s a real possibility.
Something smells fishy about this whole thing.
Let’s put aside that 90+ Percent of the people out there would never take $3.00 from a broke college student, millionaire or not. It’s not a well kept secret that most politicians are narcissistic sociopaths with no ability to empathize with ‘normal people’ or their plight, even though they are well coached on how to preach about helping the little guy.
It smells to me like some really idiotic campaign handler decided that this would be a good like exchange to set up, because not only would they make Warren look like she is being spurred to fight for the little person, but that it would (in their fantasy world) make her a hero of the massively in-debt college crowd that the democrats make so many promises to, and invite a revival of that ‘debate’ again.
As hard as it is to believe that she’d take the $3.00, I am actually suggesting that someone arranged it and couldn’t even see how terrible the optics would be
