No. We believe in light sabers, some ethereal phenomena known as the Force and traveling from one end of a galaxy to the other in 20 minutes. It’s a false science and the actors that preach at us are two dimensional, money grubbing phonies.

I know. One by one the movie ‘stars’ I liked are becoming dead to me. Even Tom Hanks was a jerk at the recent awards show; he couldn’t even muster a grin when the host teased him a bit.

I used to be a big cinema buff and a big football fan...... I was already losing interest in Hollywood before 9/11..... All their anti-US military movies made it easy for me to boycott Hollywood... I was mainly renting older movies anyway and most of the new ones never lived up to the reviews...... I boycotted the NFL for awhile because of the anthem protests..... But football is still football, even with all the obnoxious celebrations and bad off the field behavior..... So I started watching football again because I missed it...... I don’t miss Hollywood movies at all
