He needs to ask European countries how that worked with their refugees and immigrants who did likewise.......they agreed to the ‘deals’ and then moved into the cities.
The proposal is about changing demographics anyway. He wants people he thinks will be dependent on government to become a majority in places where people fancy themselves still free Americans are still a thing. /Captain Obvious
