The proposal is about changing demographics anyway. He wants people he thinks will be dependent on government to become a majority in places where people fancy themselves still free Americans are still a thing. /Captain Obvious
Either or Butt never knew what he was going to purpose out of the gate...he just wants to run for President to promote LGBT and enjy the ride he never thought would get him this far.
BTW rural areas generally vote Republican....putting foreigners and refugees in rural areas changes that.
