Can he fire Eric C. or is he under whistle blower
protection .....even if he’s lying?
A real whistle blower identifies himself and thereby gets protected from retaliation.
If no one knows who the whistle blower is, then if some guy gets fired, I don’t see how he can claim retaliation.
When clearing out corruption it’s not uncommon to let the bad guys continue to operate with a close eye on who they see, where they gather, and who they’re actualy working for. you want the whole cabal to fall not just the underlings.
