The candidate argued that no Democratic nominee has succeeded without significant support from African Americans, the core of his base in a fractured primary field.

The electorate in South Carolina´s February 29 primary, the first in the South, is expected to be more than 60% black and could approach 70%, according to state party leaders.

The interesting thing to see will be the enthusiasm level for each of the candidates. I don’t think that any of them are positioning themselves like Bill Clinton did. He owned the black vote, and that enabled him to win a plurality in two three-way contests. Most other Dem candidates received it by default, as the GOP wrote it off and spent resources elsewhere.

Mr. Trump seens to smell an opportunity to peal off a 15-20% slice of the black vote. His State of the Union speech showed that. If none of these Democrat candidates motivate voters, his task becomes much easier.

As much as I like to see Biden crash and burn, looking ahead I think he would have been the easiest fodder for the President.
I predicted way back in the Fall after seeing him speak, Buttgig the nominee.
Young , handsome, well spoken, and the White/Liberal Guilt factor.

On another race, a ‘rat candidate, Cal Cunningham is flooding the NC airwaves with ads. Also young, handsome, veteran, energetic.
He’s going to be the next new Senator from the State. Easy win over Tillis.
(Tillis is a boob and I plan to vote against him in the Primary but the other possibilities won’t excite the populous)

It’s the opening bell...of the 15th round and Biden eyes a swollen shut and he’s bleeding out of his mouth and broken nose.

Off to SC..

The danger with Biden is that he can serve the same purpose he did in 2008/2012: He convinced enough normals that they could vote for a ticket headed by a closeted radical foreign Muslim.

Between Biden and people like the radical San Diego bishop insisting global warming is killing more people than abortion, the Catholic vote could be more split than it would be with outright communists heading the ticket.

Stand-by for the mother of all pandering attempts. Joe will literally be using ebonics by the end of the week.

But after NH, his SC support is going to evaporate. Biden’s appeal with blacks is just some goofy assumption that he is some extension of Obama. Like why the hell is that anything to run on is beyond me seeing that BO has made no effort to support him.

So Republicans in NC are as dumb as the ones in VA?

Apparently the GOP voters haven’t evolved passed the “anyone that is a vet is a safe vote” phase.

Then they will moan about his voting record for six years.

Will Trump have a rally the night before the SC election to taunt and troll the RATs? Hope so. And I hope that at least 25% of attendees will be Democrats.
