I've always been confused by the people who "have political capital" but who do not spend their political capital. You see, they need to pick their battles. They need to hoard that political capital. It would be foolish to spend it and lose it.

I see President Trump wisely using his political capital at just the right time and in just the right way so that he ends up with more capital than he had before, after he spends it. He is a master strategist.

Thank you. It took no political capital to fire these 4 fools. They put their own head in the noose and jumped off the ledge themselves. Any effort to defend them will come at a high political cost.
