I tell people he was almost normal once when he was mayor of my city.

It happens a lot and it is irksome.
Bloomberg, at an earlier point, was an executive who cared about public safety. He deserves some credit. But once he started to include Big Gulps and social problems in his public safety campaign....he was finished.
I would add this....had he run in 2008 (as a Democrat), I think he would have beaten Hillary and Obama.

The clip is from Trump War Room and had been released on YT only 10 hours when I posted it, and is a 2/11/2020 video, the date I gave when posting it. So I was correct to, as you say, publish it under that date.
