If I understand correctly, New Hampshire is an open primary, so cross voting is an option

Only for registered independents. As of this year, the last day to switch from R>D or D>R was October 11, 2019.

I would very much like to see what NH “independents” are up to. In New Hampshire, they make up roughly 42% of the state’s registered voters, outnumbering both registered Republicans and Democrats.
