“Klobuchar is enough of a blank slate to be a formidable candidate.”

As a Minnesotan, I can tell you she’s an empty pantsuit.

My guess is she is the beneficiary of President Trump’s “operation chaos” recommendation from last night’s rally.

Bernie will come in first or second in SC and NV. Since there are no winner take all primaries for the Dems, Bernie can win the most total delegates because he will be in the top three in every race.

If no one has the 1995 delegates to win in the first round, the super delegates come into play in the second round and that is when the Establishment will steal the nomination again from Bernie.

DNC leadership will never allow for a brokered convention...not in today’s media age.

Last night Trump suggested everyone vote for the weakest Democrat today. If I understand correctly, New Hampshire is an open primary, so cross voting is an option.

Surprising that no one has mentioned in in the news I am streaming this evening. Maybe that will be in the overnight analysis.

Operation Chaos from Wiki:

In late February 2008, Limbaugh announced "Operation Chaos," a political call to action with the initial plan to have voters of the Republican Party temporarily cross over to vote in the Democratic primary and vote for Hillary Clinton, who at the time was in the midst of losing eleven straight primary contests to Barack Obama.[119] Limbaugh has also cited the open primary process in the early primary states of New Hampshire and South Carolina, which allowed independent voters to cross over into the Republican primaries to choose John McCain over more conservative candidates (such as Fred Thompson), as an inspiration.[120]

At the point in which Limbaugh announced his gambit, Obama had seemed on the verge of clinching the Democratic nomination.[121] However, Clinton subsequently won the Ohio primary and the Texas primary (while losing the Texas caucus and the overall delegate split) with large pluralities from rural counties; thus reemerging as a competitive opponent in the race.[122]

Unless they don’t want to wait that long.

I wouldn’t if I were them.

Course, Bernie’s a cheap date. Dangle another vacation home in front of him and he’ll scuttle away quietly.

Hillary will parachute in as the consensus candidate with the backing of the super delegates.

At this point, the Democrat power brokers don’t care how it looks stealing the nomination from Bernie.

All they know is he would lead to a wipeout for the party. And they will stop him.
