“none of the above” are the one who don’t go to the polls. Not worth going if you are not going to vote for anyone on the one item on the ballot.
Good point. Democrat turnout to the Iowa caucus was pretty low (and yet, they still couldn't figure out how to count the votes). I wonder how low the turnout in NH was?
