House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.) is demanding answers from Attorney General William Barr about a Justice Department "intake process" that will review information on Ukraine from President Trump's attorney Rudy Giuliani.
In a letter sent to the attorney general, Nadler called on Barr to provide a "complete explanation" regarding his decision to sidestep standard practice and set up another channel for information coming out of Ukraine. He asked the attorney general to answer 11 questions related to the arrangement by Feb. 25.
"As you know, the Department has formal, established channels by which to receive information and begin investigations," Nadler wrote. "This new channel to Mr. Giuliani would seem to be a significant departure from those traditional channels."
Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) first revealed on Sunday that Barr had "created a process" to receive and verify information on Ukraine coming from Giuliani. Barr confirmed Graham's comments a day later, saying during a press conference that the Justice Department has an “open door” to any individuals with information on Ukraine.
“There are a lot of agendas in the Ukraine, a lot of crosscurrents, and we can’t take anything we receive from the Ukraine at face value,” Barr said, adding that the department established "an intake process in the field so that any information coming in about Ukraine could be carefully scrutinized."

The Deep States pucker factor is rising exponentially as the President and his AG get closer and closer to the truth.

This demand aligns with the impeachment witness theater. The Main Crux of which was, President Trump doesn’t follow the Deep States protocols or recommendations therefore the President must go!

Nadler and his ilk haven’t the authority to demand that the President follow any Deep State protocols. The President IS Foreign Policy. The Executive Branch departments work for the President NOT the Congress. President Trump knows this and his AG will ignore Nadler as an irrelevant blowhard.
Nadler knows that he is going to be exposed as a coverup artist re the Ukraine Quid pro Quo fake issue and is trying to do a preemptive strike at DOJ.
Barr is going to politely tell him to stick his letter up his large penguin ass and go to hell. Politely but firmly.
When it comes to a match between the evil Penguin Nadler and Grizzly Barr, I’ll put my money on the Barr any day.
I want to see Nadler so squashed that he looks like a pancake with eyeballs and an asshole because I can’t think of a more fitting image of this piece of human crap than as a politically corrupt/treasonous bastard that he has always been.
What happened to the wife he was so concerned about during the impeachment. Either she made a remarkable comeback which we hope for the best or he isn’t that concerned after all.
