One more thing..you really need to know your baselines so that you know when they change.

For example, I have a low number on something that can be indicative of major problems when elevated.

My elevation number might seem normal to a Dr because he doesn’t know my baseline is much lower.

Are you talking about the ferritin lab test? This is done quite frequently whenever serum iron levels become an issue. For example, when my wife’s cancer had metasticized to her liver.
