There are currently 42,729 confirmed cases worldwide, including 1013 fatalities.
Interesting perspective.
Francis Boyle was doing interviews this last week imploring people to get to Trump advising him to replace all his advisors on this. Said they are all up to their ears in bioweapons and likely not giving Trump the real story as to how clearly this was dangerously weaponized, accidentally released into the wild like Lyme disease and West Nile were here. he sees the CDC as a corrupted agency (note: part of it, their “Foundation”, is privately owned like the Fed), in on the corrupt and dangerous vaccine industry that needs its own disease outbreaks for its high-profit vaccines.
Move along. Nothing to see. Travis let their evacuees free to walk the streets yesterday. It was their 14th day. Of course, there was a second evacuee plane a couple days later but their clock didn’t restart.
The virus is now (officially) SARS CoV-2
The DISEASE is COVID-19
almost all our saline is made in Puerto Rico. Those facilities were wiped out by the hurricane. I cant believe the recent earthquakes there have done production any good either
At least 500 Wuhan medical staff infected with coronavirus.
You can use many of the seeds from your grocery fresh produce. Remember, tomato seeds need to be soaked/fermented. Start seedlings early in a sunny window and grow lights.
Sure, get that sweat flying.
Lemme guess, first place he went was the grocery store to squeeze every Charmin, sniff every cantaloupe, pick through every tomato, weigh every head of lettuce and decided against the apples he had in his cart.
Red, yellow and orange peppers have seeds that will likely sprout and produce peppers. Probably not as large as the ones you buy in the store, but peppers nonetheless (even if the ones you buy are hybrids, the seeds will still produce peppers). Green peppers aren’t ‘ripe’ and therefore the seeds likely won’t sprout.
Ripe tomatoes, particularly the ‘campari’ variety and some of the other ‘gourmet’ snacking tomatoes will sprout and come mostly true to type.
Beans from the dry bean aisle will too if your store has fairly fresh stock out.
Ditto peas (but not split peas).
Dry beans/peas are a really cheap way to get seed stock for beans.
Butternut squash, spaghetti squash and other squash that are eaten after they ripen will have seeds too that will likely sprout. Zucchini and yellow squash are picked ‘young’ and probably won’t.
‘Wheat berries’ will likely sprout too.
Peanuts, in the shell but not roasted, might sprout too.
Garlic bulbs will. They might be treated with something to retard sprouting but get a few and see, they’re cheap.
Saw that about the NHL a couple day ago. Oh, the horrors! See, a conspiracy. Only China will go to the Olympics and they’ll win gold by default.
It just proves even more we need to bring manufacturing back to the US.
Inch by inch. It’s getting closer and closer.
fyi - just found this in Forbes 2/4/20. forbes.com/sites/kenrapoza/2020/02/04/coronavirus-cases-down-from-weekend-levels-as-china-predicts-fall-in-mortality-rates/#5b3f38c067cb
“Arbidol, an antiviral drug used for treating influenza in Russia and China, could be combined with the anti-HIV drug Darunavir for treating patients afflicted with the novel coronavirus, according to China Business News, citing a proposal on Tuesday by Chinas National Health Commission expert Li Lanjuan.”
Umifenovir is an antiviral treatment for influenza infection used in Russia and China. The drug is manufactured by Pharmstandard.
I think steve86 or PA Engineer mentioned arbidol.
Now TWO doctors in England are confirmed with Cov.
CORONAVIRUS will get “worse before it gets better” warned health secretary Matt Hancock.

Ive grown scallions and potatoes from the store as well.
who knows if/when they started using it or which hospital.
and then theres this ‘new’ guy: had a business directly above the seafood market, went to Wuhan hospital, told he didnt have pneumonia, so he traveled sick to Wenzhou where he was hospitalized and says he transferred the virus to his hospital roommate:

couple him, with the grandma that died early Dec, and the 33 out of 50 buildings with heavy infection rates in the area of the ‘Jan 18 feast’ I posted about upthread, and CDC could have a field day. Is there one patient zero or dozens?
and did the outbreak start in Nov? Is that why we’re being told to plug in 14-24 day inoculation times now instead of 5-9 days?
A study published last week in the Annals of Internal Medicine... Based on the studys calculations, the number of reported cases to date in China could not have been reached unless the outbreak began mid-November.

CDC says Americans quarantined at March air base “being assessed” to leave
CDC Principal Deputy Director Dr. Anne Schuchat said the 195 Americans quarantined for two weeks at the March Air Reserve Base in California were “currently being assessed to make sure they remain symptom free, and then we hope that they’ll be released to travel on to their homes today.”
All those people were on the first government-chartered flight back to the U.S. from Wuhan, China. None of them have tested positive...

I want to say that popcorn will too. Not the stuff that’s in the envelopes but the ‘bulk’ popcorn in bags or plastic bottles.
CORONAVIRUS will get worse before it gets better warned health secretary Matt Hancock. Patients treated by two GPS in Brighton, infected by coronavirus, are being frantically searched for by officials."
They "mistakenly" released that patient (evacuee) from MCAS Miramar to go back to quarantine. Only to return them to isolation at UCSD Health. There are reports of "tampered" results. I'm posting that article next.
How many healthcare workers were exposed to this individual before they confirmed they had contracted Coronavirus?
Oh, yeah. We get lots of “volunteers” from scraps that go in the compost. Last year we had a huge squash plant that grew over toward and nearly took over half the tomato and strawberry area. My wife doesn’t always separate everything out. An I often save pepper and melon seeds.
